My approach

Good solutions start with understanding the problem

I like to understand what’s behind a request. That means talking with the people who know the day-to-day work and how the product is used, then helping decide what to build.

Before I start coding, I want to know what the application needs to do, who will use it, and what constraints we need to work with.

Thinking it through, then building it

Symfony is my specialty. I work on business logic, data, and how services communicate. I also build interfaces with Twig, CSS, and JavaScript, and I’d like to bring my Symfony experience to Laravel projects.

I enjoy being involved from the initial idea through development and ongoing improvements. I like having a say in what we build and doing the work to make it happen.

Connecting the product and the code

I co-founded La Bouclup’, a clothing rental project. My co-founder and I worked on every part of it, from shaping the concept and deciding what to offer to developing the business model and figuring out how the service would run. I also took on the web development for our first MVP.

That meant thinking about what we wanted to offer, how it would work in practice, and what we needed to build to support it. It reinforced how much I enjoy working through those questions together: the product, the code, and how people will actually use it.
